No. The plan covers the ConverZap platform. WhatsApp Business API messages are charged by Meta per delivered message, by category and recipient country, and paid directly to Meta. In Brazil, for example, from October 1, 2026, Meta charges R$ 0.3217 per marketing message and R$ 0.035 per utility, authentication or service message, with 1,000 free service messages per phone number each month. The plan limit counts the contacts that receive bulk campaigns in the month. It is separate from the messaging limits Meta sets for each phone number.
