How do you create AI videos for YouTube and Reels?
In ConverZAP, you enter the topic and the AI writes a script split into scenes. You review the text, the AI voice narrates it, the scenes use stock photos or AI images, and you get an MP4 in 9:16 or 16:9, with optional captions, ready to publish or schedule on YouTube.
From topic to YouTube video
Each video is created and reviewed one at a time. There’s no batch production and no automatic daily publishing.
Topic and format
Write the topic and choose 9:16 or 16:9, the length (short, medium or long), the voice and the image type.
A script to review
With "Review script first" on, the video pauses and you edit the title, voiceover and visuals of each scene.
Voiceover and editing
The AI voice narrates each scene, the images come in with motion and transitions, and captions are optional.
Download or publish
The MP4 is saved in the library. From there, publish or schedule it on YouTube, or download it to post on Reels.
AI video production, with you in control
The AI does the heavy lifting on script, voice and editing. The point of view, the review and the decision to publish are yours.
A script in scenes, with review
The script starts from your brand, using the tone, products and proof points you’ve added. The structure is hook, body and call to action.
Preset lengths
Short, with 5 scenes and about 30 to 45 seconds. Medium, with 8 scenes and 1 to 2 minutes. Long, with 12 scenes and 3 to 5 minutes.
Review script first
Turn the option on and the video only moves forward after you approve the text and the visual description of each scene.
Tone and language
Use your brand’s tone or a different one just for the video, in Portuguese, English or Spanish.
Hook: Did you know that replying to a customer can cost a different amount depending on the timing?Visual: a person checking their phone at a store counter
Explanation: When a customer sends a message, a 24-hour window opens for you to reply.Visual: a clock and chat bubbles
Call to action: Want to see how it works for your business? Message us on WhatsApp.Visual: a screen with the chat button

Voiceover, scenes and captions
Each scene has its own voiceover and its own image. The editor puts it all together with smooth motion and transitions.
AI voice
A female or male voice, with acronyms spelled out. The voiceover can use ConverZAP credits or your own Gemini or OpenAI key.
Stock photos or AI images
A free stock image library, AI-generated images or a mixed mode where the AI chooses per scene. If the library can’t find a photo, the scene uses AI.
MP4 with optional captions
Vertical 9:16 (720×1280) for Reels and Shorts or horizontal 16:9 (1280×720) for YouTube, with captions burned into the video if you want them.

Publishing and scheduling on YouTube
You connect the channel once, with a Google login. After that, every finished video can go to YouTube without leaving the app.
Publish or schedule
Choose public, unlisted or private. To schedule, the video is uploaded as private and YouTube itself publishes it on the date you set.
AI-suggested tags
Up to 15 tags generated from the content. The title starts from the topic and you fine-tune it. You write the description.
Status of each upload
Each upload shows whether it went up, whether it’s scheduled, and the link to view it on YouTube.

Example: a 5-scene Reel for a clinic
An illustrative example of a short vertical video for Reels, based on the topic "3 things to do before a chemical peel".
Hook: Getting a peel? Three precautions change your results.
Step 1: Avoid strong sun the week before.
Step 2: Tell your aesthetician which products you use.
Step 3: Keep your skin well moisturized in the days before.
Call to action: Ask your questions and book an assessment on WhatsApp.
Illustration · fictional data
- 1Topic, 9:16 format, short length (5 scenes), female voice, stock images and captions turned on.
- 2With "Review script first" on, the team edits the scene 3 voiceover to say "the aesthetician will assess your skin", with no promised results.
- 3The MP4 lands in the media library. For Reels, the team downloads the file and publishes it from the Instagram app.
- 4The final scene invites viewers to WhatsApp, where the AI agent answers pricing questions and books the assessment.
Videos from ConverZAP’s YouTube channel
ConverZAP’s channel is produced with this module. The scripts start from research by our team, with sources; the module narrates, builds the scenes and publishes. The videos are in Portuguese.

What about faceless channels? What works and what doesn’t
A faceless channel is one where nobody appears on camera: just voiceover, images and text. You can produce this kind of video with the module. What doesn’t exist is a channel that monetizes on its own.
YouTube doesn’t monetize mass production
The inauthentic content policy doesn’t monetize videos that are mass-produced, repetitive or made with generic AI templates that look like they came off an assembly line. Monetization policies.
What counts is value for the viewer
Your own point of view, research, explanation and editing. The module speeds up production, but the subject, the review and the originality come from you.
Each video is reviewed and published one at a time
The module doesn’t generate videos in batches or publish every day on its own. It’s assisted production, not an autopilot.
No promised income
ConverZAP doesn’t promise monetization, income or subscriber numbers. Getting into the YouTube Partner Program depends on YouTube’s own requirements and review.
For businesses, the best use is the same as ConverZAP’s own channel: answer the questions customers already ask in a video, and bring viewers into a WhatsApp conversation.
The video sparks interest, WhatsApp closes the sale
A video that answers a question well leads to the next question. That question needs somewhere to go.
A call to action at the end
The script ends with a call to action. Put your WhatsApp link in the YouTube description and in your Instagram bio.
The AI agent replies right away
The AI agent answers the question the video raised, qualifies the lead and books a conversation with your team.
YouTube rules for AI videos and monetization
Using AI in production is allowed. These are the rules that apply to anyone who publishes and to anyone who wants to monetize.
Inauthentic content
Videos that are mass-produced, repetitive or made with generic AI templates, without your own perspective, aren’t monetized. Neither is reused content without significant changes. Channel monetization policies.
Altered or synthetic content disclosure
You must disclose when AI generates a realistic scene that never happened, alters a real event or makes a real person say something they didn’t say. AI-assisted scripts, captions, thumbnails and ideas don’t require disclosure. Disclosing generative AI content.
Disclosure is set in YouTube Studio
Uploading through ConverZAP doesn’t fill in this disclosure yet. When a video has a realistic AI-generated scene, check the option in YouTube Studio before publishing.
YPP changes on February 1, 2027
Today, ad revenue sharing requires 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours in 12 months, or 10 million Shorts views in 90 days. For new applications from February 1, 2027, it becomes 8,000 watch hours in 365 days or 20 million Shorts views in 90 days; channels already in the program aren’t affected. YPP overview and YouTube’s announcement.

What the video module doesn’t do (yet)
No surprises during your trial.
- It doesn’t create thumbnails. Upload your own in YouTube Studio.
- It doesn’t write optimized titles and descriptions: the title starts from the topic and the description is yours. Tags are suggested by the AI.
- It doesn’t produce in batches or have an automatic calendar: each video is created and published one at a time.
- It has no Shorts-specific option and doesn’t publish Reels to Instagram: download the vertical MP4 and publish it from the app.
- It doesn’t use background music, avatars, AI-generated video clips or cloned voices. There are 2 voices and 3 languages.
- The resolution is 720p, and uploads mark the video as not made for kids. For children’s content, don’t use automatic publishing.
- Voiceover and images can use ConverZAP credits (about 358 credits per 60-second video in our tests) or your own Gemini/OpenAI key. The free stock image library uses a free key.
- It doesn’t show channel metrics (views, retention, subscribers).
It’s a fit if you are…
- A business that wants to explain its products and services on video
- A clinic, school or local business that posts educational Reels
- A digital product creator or consultant with top-of-funnel content
- An agency that produces explainer videos for clients
Maybe not yet if…
- You’re looking for easy money or a channel that monetizes on its own
- You want to publish dozens of videos a day
- You need AI-generated video with people and real motion
- You need optimized thumbnails and titles ready today

Frequently asked questions
Yes, if the channel meets the YouTube Partner Program requirements and the content isn’t considered inauthentic, that is, mass-produced, repetitive or made from generic templates. ConverZAP doesn’t promise monetization. Source: YouTube.
It depends. AI-assisted scripts, captions, thumbnails and ideas don’t require disclosure. A realistic AI-generated scene that looks real and never happened does. Uploading through ConverZAP doesn’t check this option: do it in YouTube Studio. Source: YouTube.
You can produce narrated videos without appearing on camera, reviewing each script. Don’t expect a channel that grows and monetizes on its own: the module doesn’t produce in batches, and YouTube doesn’t monetize mass-produced content. Results depend on the value your channel delivers.

Not yet. The vertical 9:16 video is saved as an MP4 in the media library: download it and publish it from the Instagram app. Automatic publishing is only available for YouTube.
Not necessarily. Voiceover and images can use ConverZAP credits (about 358 credits per 60-second video in our tests) or your own Gemini/OpenAI key, billed by the provider. The script also uses credits or your key. The free stock image library uses a free key.
No. The module works without WhatsApp. It’s in the Complete plan and in the 7-day free trial. WhatsApp comes in when you want the AI agent to serve people who found you through the video.
