How does ConverZAP's AI email marketing work?
AI writes the subject line, preheader and body from a brief and your brand profile, in a 600 px layout with your logo and colors. You review it, pick the list and send it through your own SMTP, with one-click unsubscribe. The same email can also be a step in your WhatsApp automations.
From brief to report
Connect your SMTP
Enter your provider's server, username, password and sender once, under Integrations. Emails go out under your own domain.
AI writes the email
Add a brief and the button link. You get a subject line with 3 alternatives, the preheader and the body. Or paste your own HTML.
Review and send a test
A side-by-side preview, a test send to your own inbox and the template saved for reuse.
Send or schedule
Pick the list, the per-minute rate and the time. Track opens, clicks and unsubscribes, and pause if you need to.
What the email marketing module does
Write, send and measure in one place, with the same contact base you already use on WhatsApp.
On-brand emails
The copy comes from the brief and your brand profile. The layout follows your colors and your logo.
Subject line, preheader and body
A subject line of up to 50 characters with 3 alternatives, a preheader that complements it and 2 to 4 short paragraphs, with no ALL CAPS and no pile of exclamation marks.
No made-up offers
The AI's instructions forbid any price, discount, deadline or number that isn't in the brief or your brand profile.
Or your own HTML
Prefer your own layout? Paste the HTML and include the unsubscribe link in the footer. The preview shows how it looks.

Campaigns to lists
Emails go out through your provider, at your pace, to the lists in your contact base.
Lists from your contact base
The same contacts as your CRM and WhatsApp. Duplicate addresses get a single email, and unsubscribed contacts are left out.
Send rate and scheduling
Set 1 to 1,000 sends per minute, then send now or schedule. You can pause, resume and send a test first.
Personalization
Use the {{primeiro_nome}} (first name) tag in the subject line and body. If a contact has no name on file, the sentence still reads well.

Tracking and unsubscribe
Each send has its own code, so tracking doesn't depend on your provider.
Opens, clicks and unsubscribes
Per campaign and in total. Opens are approximate, because many email apps block the tracking image or load it automatically.
One-click unsubscribe
Every email goes out with a one-click unsubscribe header and a link in the footer. People who opt out stop receiving campaigns from that workspace.
Email inside automations
Email is also an automation step, alongside wait, WhatsApp template, pipeline stage and tag.

An invitation email, from brief to send
A fictional example: a language school invites its list of leads to a trial class.
Trial class this Saturday, Maria
One hour of conversation to try the method, at no cost.
Hi, Maria! This Saturday at 10 a.m., we're opening a trial conversation class.
One hour, in a small group, with a native-speaking teacher. You'll leave knowing your level.

Illustration · fictional data
- 1The brief was one sentence: "invitation to a free trial class on Saturday, button to the sign-up page".
- 2The subject line came with 3 alternatives. The team picked the most direct one and kept the suggested preheader.
- 3The button leads to the sign-up landing page. Its form creates the lead in the CRM, and the automation carries on the follow-up.
- 4The footer has the company address and the unsubscribe link. The one-click unsubscribe header goes out with it.
Email and WhatsApp in the same pipeline
Email reaches people who aren't ready to talk yet. WhatsApp closes the deal when they want to chat. At ConverZAP, both use the same contact base.
One contact base
Contacts, lists and tags are the same as in the WhatsApp CRM. Anyone who fills out a form joins the list and can get the right sequence.
Multichannel sequences
In automations: email, wait, wait for a reply and, for contacts who opted in, a WhatsApp template. The sequence stops when the person replies. See automatic follow-up.
A conversation with the agent
The email button can lead to WhatsApp. There, the AI agent answers, qualifies and logs the lead in the pipeline.
Deliverability: what Gmail requires
No tool can promise inbox placement. The recipient's provider decides, based on your domain's authentication and on how people respond to your emails. These are Gmail's rules for senders. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up in your domain's DNS and with your email provider.
Domain authentication
Every sender needs SPF or DKIM. Above 5,000 messages a day to Gmail: SPF and DKIM, DMARC (p=none is fine) and an aligned sender domain. You set this up in your DNS and with your provider. Email sender guidelines (Google).
One-click unsubscribe
Marketing messages from senders of more than 5,000 a day need one-click unsubscribe and a visible link in the body. ConverZAP already adds both to every email.
Low spam rate
The spam rate in Postmaster Tools has to stay below 0.3%. Google recommends keeping it below 0.1% and never reaching 0.3%. A purchased list is the fastest way to go over that.
Permission-based list
Send to people who signed up or are customers, with a clear purpose, and respect unsubscribes. Brazil's data protection law (LGPD) applies to email just as it does to any personal data. LGPD (official text, in Portuguese).
Official sources accessed October 4, 2026. The one-click unsubscribe header follows the standard Google cites.
What the email marketing module doesn't do (yet)
Better to know before you try it.
- It doesn't send without your SMTP. ConverZAP doesn't provide a sending server for campaigns: emails go out through your account with your provider.
- It can't promise inbox placement. Delivery depends on your domain's authentication, your sender reputation and the quality of your list.
- It doesn't record bounces that come back after sending. Check them in your provider's dashboard.
- It sends to lists. Email campaigns don't use the dynamic segments of your contact base yet.
- There's no subject-line A/B testing and no drag-and-drop editor. The layout is your brand template or your own HTML.
- It doesn't sell or import ready-made lists. The contact base is yours, made of people who gave permission.
It's a fit if…
- You already have a permission-based list of customers or leads
- You run a school, a store or a digital product business with resources and invitations to share
- You're a B2B company that nurtures leads before the WhatsApp conversation
- You want email and WhatsApp in the same pipeline, without two tools
Maybe not yet if…
- You don't have an SMTP provider and don't want to set one up
- You plan to send to a purchased list
- You need A/B testing and advanced segmentation in email
- You're only looking for a free email blaster
Email marketing in the Complete plan
The Email marketing module is part of the Complete plan (R$ 997/month, in Brazilian reais), along with the other marketing modules and AI for WhatsApp. It's unlocked during the 7-day free trial.
The email step in automations is included in every plan. Both need your SMTP. Sending costs are whatever your provider charges.
AI-written copy uses ConverZAP credits or your own API key. Sending is billed by your email provider. Compare plans
Email marketing FAQ
Yes. Campaigns go out through the SMTP of the email provider you sign up with, connected under Integrations with server, username, password and sender. ConverZAP doesn’t lend a sending server for campaigns.
No one can promise that. Delivery depends on SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain, the sender’s reputation and whether the list is permission-based. Follow Gmail’s email sender guidelines and keep your spam rate below 0.1%.
Above 5,000 messages a day to Gmail accounts: SPF and DKIM, DMARC (p=none is fine), an aligned sender, one-click unsubscribe with a visible link and a spam rate below 0.3%, with a recommendation to stay below 0.1%. Source: Google.
The module doesn’t come with a fixed gallery. Each email is generated from your brief in your brand’s identity, and you save it as a template to reuse in campaigns and automations. ConverZAP itself uses 14 templates built this way in its free-resources email sequence.
Yes. The campaign goes to a list, at 1 to 1,000 sends per minute, now or scheduled. The real limit comes from your provider and your domain’s reputation. Start slowly with a new domain.
Every email goes out with a one-click unsubscribe header and a link in the footer. People who click are removed from that workspace’s email campaigns. Email unsubscribe is separate from the WhatsApp opt-out.
Only to people who agreed to receive WhatsApp messages. Having someone’s email doesn’t give you permission for WhatsApp. Ask for opt-in on the form or in the conversation. See the WhatsApp opt-in guide.
