Your AI business brainthe knowledge base that answers on WhatsApp
Teach it once what your business knows: products, prices, policies, documents and FAQs. AI agents check that knowledge before they reply to customers on WhatsApp, then qualify, book and log everything in the CRM. The marketing modules use the same brand.
- Documents, products, offers, proof and policies in one place: Brand & Knowledge
- The agent searches the knowledge base before answering questions about a product, service or policy
- If the answer isn't there, it says it will check and brings in a person with a summary
- Wrong answer? Fix it in the simulator and the next reply comes out right

What is an AI business brain?
It is the knowledge you add to ConverZAP once (brand, products, policies, documents and FAQ) and that AI agents check before replying on WhatsApp. With it, the agent answers, qualifies, books and logs everything in the CRM. When the answer isn't in the knowledge base, it says it will check and brings in the team.
From knowledge to answer, and from answer to action
The brain isn't a separate product. It's the reason the agent answers with your business's rules instead of a guess.
1. You teach it once
Add your products, offers, proof and documents in Brand & Knowledge: exchange policy, delivery times, price list, opening hours. At signup, ConverZAP reads your website and builds a first draft.
2. The agent looks it up
When a customer asks about a product, service or policy, the agent searches the knowledge base (up to 4 excerpts) and its own FAQ before writing the reply.
3. It answers or admits it doesn't know
Found it: it replies with what you added. Didn't find it: it says it will check, without making things up, and can pass the chat to a person.
4. It acts in the CRM and the calendar
It saves the details to the contact, applies a tag, moves the deal in the pipeline, books a slot on Cal.com or hands off to the team with a reason and a summary.
What goes into the brain and how it's used
Everything the AI uses is out in the open: the "What the AI reads" tab shows the exact text that agents and modules receive.
What goes into the knowledge base
Brand & Knowledge is the central record. It applies to every agent and to the brand's marketing modules.
Documents
Notes, reference links and PDF, TXT, MD or CSV files, up to 200,000 characters each: exchange policy, delivery times, standard contract, service script.
Products, offers and proof
A catalog with prices and descriptions, offers with an end date and approved proof. Only approved, current offers and approved proof make it into what the AI reads.
Tone of voice and rules
Identity, words to use and to avoid, and guidelines. Each agent also has its own FAQ, with up to 40 questions and answers.
Illustration · fictional data
From knowledge to answer
Before answering a specific question, the agent runs a knowledge base lookup. The result decides what it can say.
Keyword search
The lookup searches for the words in the question across your documents (the search is tuned for Portuguese) and the agent's FAQ, and returns the most relevant excerpts.
"What the AI reads"
One tab shows the context the AI receives. If a piece of information doesn't appear there, it doesn't exist for the agent.
No answer, no making things up
When the search comes back empty, the instruction is to say it will check. You can write your own message for these cases.
Lookup:

From answer to action
Answering is half the job. The agent also keeps a record of the conversation for the team.
CRM and pipeline
It saves what it collected to the contact, applies tags and moves the deal to a new stage in the WhatsApp CRM.
Calendar
It checks open slots and books on Cal.com during the chat, just like in WhatsApp appointment scheduling.
Team handoff with a summary
It hands the chat to a person with a reason and a summary, in the team inbox. Keywords you choose also bring someone in right away.

How you correct it
The AI doesn't change on its own. Your team adjusts the brain, and the change takes effect right away.
Fix this answer
In the simulator, click "fix this answer" and write the right reply. It goes into that agent's FAQ, and the next reply already uses the fix.
Update the knowledge base
Changed a policy, price or delivery time? Edit the document or product in Brand & Knowledge. The change applies to every agent that uses the base.
Test before you turn it on
Chat with the agent in the simulator using your customers' real questions before you connect the number.

How the brain avoids made-up answers
No AI gets it right 100% of the time. That's why the agent follows fixed rules, and your team can see and correct what it uses.
Answers from the knowledge base
For questions about a product, service or policy, the agent checks the knowledge base and the FAQ before replying. Expired offers and unapproved proof are left out.
An honest "I don't know"
When the search finds nothing, the instruction is to say it will check, not to make things up. The agent doesn't quote prices, deadlines or rules that aren't in the knowledge base.
Hands off to a person
The agent hands the chat to the team with a reason and a summary, and the team takes over in the inbox. See how it works in AI for customer support.
You see what the AI reads
The "What the AI reads" tab shows the exact context. To protect the agent from malicious requests, it also helps to understand how prompt hacking works.
An answer based on the store's policy, and a handoff
A fictional example from an online home decor store. The exchange policy is saved as a document in Brand & Knowledge. Exchanging for a pricier model isn't covered.
CustomerHi! I bought a lamp 10 days ago and it came in the wrong color. Can I exchange it?
AI agentYes, you can. Under our exchange policy, a product shipped in error can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, and we cover the return shipping. Could you send me the order number?1
CustomerIt's order 48213. Can I swap it for a pricier model and pay the difference?
AI agentI couldn't find that rule here, so I'd rather not give you the wrong information. I'll bring in someone from the team to confirm with you, is that OK?2
Handed off to Customer Service · Reason: exchange for a pricier model, no rule in the knowledge base · Summary: wrong color, order 48213, within the exchange window.3
Julia · Customer ServiceHi! This is Julia. Yes, you can: we'll set up the exchange and you only pay the difference. I'll send you the link now.4
Fictional chat · illustrative example
- 1The agent searched the knowledge base and found the "Exchange policy" document. The reply quotes the deadline and shipping terms in it, without adding anything.
- 2Exchanging for a pricier model isn't in the knowledge base. Instead of inventing a rule, the agent says it will check.
- 3The handoff carries a reason and a summary. The team member doesn't have to ask for the order or the problem again.
- 4Afterward, the team adds the rule to the document or fixes it in the simulator. The next time someone asks the same thing, the agent answers it.
Test the AI with your website

One knowledge base, many uses
The same brand record powers customer service, sales and marketing. The order is always the same: WhatsApp first, then everything else.
Customer service
AI for support answers repeat questions from the knowledge base, 24 hours a day, on the number connected to the official WhatsApp API.
Sales
The AI SDR qualifies leads with your rules, scheduling books the slot and the CRM keeps the history.
Marketing
On the Complete plan, landing pages, emails and the other marketing modules write with the same brand, the same products and the same proof.
What the brain doesn't do: how it works today
Better to know before you try it. This is what ConverZAP offers today.
- It doesn't learn on its own from conversations. Corrections are manual: in the simulator, the right answer goes into that agent's FAQ (up to 40 items) and doesn't carry over to other agents.
- The search is by keyword, not semantic. If the customer writes "cost" and the document only says "price", the search may miss it. Write your documents with the words your customers use.
- Your website is read once, at signup. It becomes the brand's first draft and isn't synced afterward. If your site changes, update the knowledge base. Keep it organized and current, the same way you would any AI knowledge base.
- There's no single screen called "Brain". The knowledge lives in Brand & Knowledge and in each agent's FAQ, inside its settings.
- There's no internal chat for the team to ask the knowledge base questions. The brain answers customers on WhatsApp.
- It doesn't connect directly to Drive, Notion or an ERP. To look things up in your system, the agent uses a configured HTTP tool.

See the playbookIt's a fit if…
- You answer the same questions many times a day on WhatsApp
- Your business rules live in PDFs, spreadsheets or one person's head
- You want the AI to say "I'll check" instead of making things up
- You want customer service and marketing to say the same thing
Maybe not yet if…
- You're looking for an internal assistant for your team to search documents
- You need Drive, Notion or an ERP to sync automatically
- You expect the AI to learn on its own, with no one reviewing
- Your answers depend on a system with no API to query

AI business brain FAQ
It is the knowledge your business adds to ConverZAP (brand, products, offers, proof, documents and each agent’s FAQ) and that AI agents check before replying on WhatsApp. It isn’t a separate product: it’s the base that makes the agent answer with your business’s rules.
No. ConverZAP doesn’t change the knowledge on its own based on conversations. Someone on your team makes the correction: in the simulator, under “fix this answer”, the right reply goes into that agent’s FAQ and takes effect right away. You make broader changes in Brand & Knowledge.
No. There’s no model training. ConverZAP uses your data as context: the agent finds the relevant excerpts in the knowledge base and the FAQ and answers with them. To change what it knows, just edit the record.
The agent’s instruction is to say it will check, without making things up. It can hand the chat to the team with a reason and a summary, and keywords you choose bring in a person right away. See AI for customer support.
Notes written in the app, reference links and PDF, TXT, MD or CSV files, up to 200,000 characters per document. Products, offers with an end date and approved proof go in too. The search is by keyword, so write the way customers ask.
It reads your website once, at signup, to build the brand’s first draft, which you review and complete. The site isn’t synced afterward: when something changes, update the document or product in Brand & Knowledge.
All of them: Essential (R$ 197/month, 1 active agent), Sales (R$ 497/month, 3 agents) and Complete (R$ 997/month, unlimited agents and marketing modules). Prices are in Brazilian reais. Compare them on Pricing.
