What does the ConverZAP Zapier integration do?
It connects ConverZAP, which handles customer service and sales on the official WhatsApp API, to the 9,000+ apps Zapier advertises. ConverZAP events (new contact, new deal, new conversation and a conversation that needs a human) trigger Zaps. The other way around, other apps can create contacts, add labels, move deals through the pipeline and send WhatsApp messages. The app is listed in the Zapier directory under AI Agents and carries the Beta badge.

Every new row in the sheet creates a contact in ConverZAP or updates the existing one with Create or Update Contact. It’s one of Zapier’s ready-made templates.

The API rules still apply on Zapier
24-hour window
Free-form text only goes out inside the WhatsApp 24-hour window. Outside it, the message goes as an approved template.
Opt-out respected
People who asked not to receive messages stay blocked, even when the send comes from a Zap.
No duplicate sends
Sends use an idempotency key: if Zapier retries a step, the message doesn’t go out twice.
How to connect ConverZAP to Zapier
Create an API key
In the app, go to Settings → Public API and create a czk_live_… key with only the scopes your Zap needs.
Connect your account on Zapier
Open the ConverZAP app on Zapier and paste the key when Zapier asks for it.
Pick a template or build a Zap
Start from a ready-made template, like Google Sheets → contacts, or combine triggers, actions and searches.
Turn it on
Once the Zap is on, triggers check ConverZAP at the interval your Zapier plan allows.

Which plans include the integration
The integration runs on the ConverZAP public API, included in the Sales, Complete and Enterprise plans. The Essential plan doesn’t include the public API.
During the 7-day free trial, the key is read-only: triggers and searches work, and actions that write data unlock once you subscribe.

The Sales (R$ 497/month), Complete (R$ 997/month) and Enterprise plans, which include the public API. Prices are in Brazilian reais. The Essential plan (R$ 197/month) doesn’t include the public API, so it can’t connect to Zapier. See pricing.

No. Triggers work by polling: Zapier checks ConverZAP at regular intervals. How often depends on your Zapier plan, not on ConverZAP.
Only with an approved template. The Send WhatsApp Text action works inside Meta’s 24-hour window. Outside it, use Send WhatsApp Template. Opt-outs are respected, and the idempotency key keeps a retried step from sending the message twice.
It doesn’t have to be Zapier. If you use n8n, there’s the community node n8n-nodes-converzap. A Make app is coming soon.
Zapier bills you directly, based on the plan of your Zapier account. ConverZAP doesn’t sell or charge for Zapier. On the ConverZAP side, the integration is part of the Sales, Complete and Enterprise plans.
